Neon PVC Collar, Small, Size 10"-13"

These collars come in 3 bright, neon colors and are made of PVC, making them durable and waterproof. The inside of the collar has a soft padding stitched to the PVC for comfortable wearing. At the buckle is stitched a gray rubber piece etched with a geometric pattern to add strength. Great for the outdoor dog. Available in orange, blue and pink. All are size small, measuring 10"-13" around the neck. Made by Hunter, they are new, never been worn. Original price for the collar $30.
