Neon Multicolor Shirt/ Dress

This can be worn as a dress or shirt depending on your preference. It’s actually a medium sleeve. It meets in the middle of your arm. The shirtdress has cartoons drawn that kinda resembles comics. Also it’s multicolored with neon pink, purple, green and yellow with accents of white. I have never worn this and it still has tags on it! It’s a cute garment to wear to a fun party or just for a night out.
