Neon Green Lace Miniskirt

No Boundaries stretch lace mini. Size small; measures approx 13 inches flat at the waistband and 15.5 inches long at the center front. It's got one small pull in the lace on the bottom front; see pictures. It was bought for a Halloween costume but never actually worn.
