Neon Fun Pants costume

These were crazy! Super silly and fun tap routine; was a long sleeve jacket that we cut the sleeves to make shorter; polyester material. There are two available. Looks kind of silly on the hanger but on stage they fit the routine! Does NOT come with the black sports bra; they just wore their own!
