Neon Colorblock Shift Dress

Shift dress with black panels on the sides and neon, abstract print on the front and back. Approximate measurements with the garment laying flat: Bust- 19.5" Top to bottom- 34" Hit mid-thigh on me at 5'5". There is some stretch to the material and a zipper down the back. Excellent used condition, only worn once or twice.
