Neiman Marcus ruffle blouse. Cream color. Vintage from the 1970s. No size tag, please see pics for measurements. No contents tag but feels like chiffon. Lined bodice, sheer sleeves. Ruffled neckline, ruffles at the cuffs. Pretty edge stitching that helps ruffles retain shape. Small pintuck at elbows. Covered buttons, all are there. Classic vintage piece with a little bit shorter length that looks great with high rise pants, skirts or jeans. Feminine and sweet vintage piece! Excellent condition.
