Neiman Marcus Bill Blass suit with cape

This is one of my top 2 favorite holiday outfits I've worn. Stunning plaid wool jacket with 7 inches of lace at bottom. 8 inches on the sleeves.cape can be worn many ways. It is a contrasting plaid with the black lace trimming it also. Size labels are missing due to alterations, but my measurements are as follows: jacket 19" from pit to pit and length is also 19" from nape. Sleeve length is 25", while skirt is20" long and waiste is 14" flat. Jacket and skirt are fully lined.
