Neesee's Striped Midi Dress M

Modest Neesee's striped Midi Dress Size M, Worn once or twice. The seam on detachable waist tie ripped about 3.5". When you tie it, the rip on the belt is visible from the back. The waist is elasticized, the belt loop is 1.5", and another belt can be worn in place of it if you prefer. Please see the last picture. The fabric is crinkle like and comfortable.
