Need to reduce my closest size

Super cute ' southern' dress/top from Tobi Believe is originally meant to be a dress but I liked to wear it as a long shirt with jeans and boots . Sleeves come off and show shoulder Ties in the back Still in Great conditions , only selling because need to clean out m closet Light material Originally paid a lot more, however since almost a little more than year old I will sell for $10.
