Necklace with black, grey, clear gems

This is a pretty 3 strand necklace. It is approximately 23 inches total length. I measured 11.5 inches per side. I have had it for many years and it has never changed colors so I am not sure what the material is. I purchased it at New York and company, it has a NY stamped on tag.
