Necklace with Textil on leather pendant

Lovely delicate necklace. No designer stamp, but I was told ild from Brooklyn when purchasing. Delicate tarnished silver necklace, leather pendant with tribal flag surrounded by sparkling stones. Necklace length 8 inch Pendent 0.5x0.5 inch Very unique, delicate piece. Very good used condition, the outer stones on the pendent seem irregular or even one stone missing, i am not sure if this is intentional.
