worthy10 @alainhart The neck pillow is pretty firm with some squish but not like those pillows that swish and form to our bodies. This is a good pillow for keeping your neck comfy while trying to sleep in a flight. Or if you don’t wear it, it’s a good pillow to use as a regular pillow to lean against the window (if you are in a window seat). Hope that helps. I can’t reduce the price a lot but will reduce and add a shipping discount. Kim
