@lisaggucci I don’t remember exactly when it was purchased, but guessing about two years ago. I believe their warranty is for one year, so no it is not under warranty.

No worries. There is nothing wrong with it - when I started having in office laser treatments, I stopped allat home devices. I didn't have the time to devote to each one. It was purchased from Nebulyft on the recommendation of one of the influencers I watch, they provided a link. Again, sorry I don't have specifics, I purchased quite a few devices, and used this for a few months.It is in good working condition. Orig. box good but inside cardboard compartment missing. It's wrapped in tissue paper

Can you please take a photo of the charging cable(s) separately? I would like to see a photo of the actual cable untangled showing the inputs into the flat circular charger and the other input that goes into the plug/brick end.

@jhazze Hi! Thx for your response! Your responses weirdly somehow just updated and posted now. Since your device seemed different from the one I own that is having battery issues, I emailed Nebulyft yesterday to authenticate and they are sending me a new one.
