Nearly Perfect Condition Blue Floral Gown-Windsor

This is a strapless gown that reaches the floor. It’s a very silky material. This dress was only tried on once and was never worn outside of the house. It was non returnable and was honestly an impulse buy that didn’t end up fitting me. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE!!! (looks yellow but it’s white, but I can send better pictures in better lighting if needed)
