Simply Vera Wang chiffon-like formal dress. Navy blue color. Size 6 (and long enough for someone tall!). Has a train-like detail in the back of the dress (see photo). Measurements: Chest: 17" Waist: 14" Length: 44.5" Nearly new - only worn to two events.
