New with tags Navy/White Dress with pink sash. It is styled off the shoulder and zips down the left side. It is 100% polyester. The tag say Medium but I think it fits a Small. The full skirt is ruffled and hi low. I bought in Florida and thought it might run small but I thought I could have it altered. Not! My mini couldn’t even wear it.

ycbear22 @jaktheyong the waist is 13” laying flat, bust is 14” from pit to pit. The hi lo skirt is 48” at its longest point and 43” on the high side. The front is ruffled. I have the dress on in the picture but it is not zipped.
