Navy wrap dress

Brand new- still with tags. Snap at front to provide for two possible necklines. No actual ties, looks like a wrap. Very flattering skirt, just slightly longer in the back than it is in the front. Great dress for transitioning from day to night. Keep snapped for work with leggings- unsnapped with no leggings for a great cocktail dress. Super thick and warm!
