nickicloset85 @urbanlife212 I have no idea how to measure a coat for bust and hip size. It is a size 4, and I have since gained weight. I just measured myself - my bust is 40” with a shirt but no bra. My hips are 41” in jeans. I put the coat on. Couldn’t button the inside button but was able to button the outside button. Coat was too snug and if I were buying new today, I would go for a 6 or 8, most likely 8. I hope this helps.
