Navy tulle skirt

Navy tulle skirt, falls above the knee (I’m 5’6”). Side zipper closure with hook & eye. The zipper doesn’t quite go all the way up. No size listed, waist measures 14” flat. I’m usually a size 4, 27”. 2 layers of soft tulle and 2 layers of solid lining. 2 belt loops on sides. Other than the zipper, no other flaws. Bought from a boutique on Melrose in 2010. **First photo is inspo only, not actual skirt**
