Purchased in a Williamsburg Brooklyn boutique. Worn a few times. Good to excellent condition. Cinches at waist. Lightly lined. Mini flare on bottom silhouette. Fit for size 4-6 USA Item says M but I am a 4/6 Can’t find the designer on here but when I researched it appears it’s “Tulle” by Anthropologie. Has a bit of a London vibe.
