Navy top with pretty embroidery

Pretty navy top with cap like sleeves. Has pretty embroidery on from with just a little bling. Top is in very good condition. Except 1 of the buttons has come loose which is shown in picture. Great for summer wear and gorgeous with white or denim. Could be wore under a blazer for a business casual look. Fits 16-18 misses or 14-16W
