Navy top or mini dress

This can be a top for a woman of average height or a mini dress for a shorter woman. The tag states 2XL but you see it in the video, does that look like a 2XL? I think not, that is how I bought it and let me tell you the girls are not fitting it that - no way no how 😂 I estimate it at M/L
