Like new women’s blazer. Navy with orange/white for contrast ruffle. Two button front closure. Three quarter length sleeves with button clasp that can fold up to show white/navy stripe for added flair. Lightly stretchy. Buttons have a few scratches from wear. Smoke free home. B
