Navy strapless formal long gala dress

Beautiful elegant navy blue dress size 5 used once for a firefighter gala event (Easily the best dressed at the party), Hem unaltered due to lack of time (I'm 5'5 tall, weight about 130 pound and I am wearing 4' heels in the pictire, I wish Ihad the time to take about an inch from the bottom so I could go upstairs easier) so if you are taller than me you might not need alterations but if you are my height or shorter maybe you should try it and practice with your own shoes in advanced.
