Navy spaghetti strap midi dress with buttons

Soft navy blue midi dress (hits past the knees on me). Has adjustable spaghetti straps. Labeled a size small but I am a size 8 and it fits well. Made of cotton and polyester and has a bit of a heavy feel to it (ie fabric is not thin)
