Navy polka dot J.Crew skirt

Such a pretty skirt, so well made. The pleating is adorableX and there’s stitching along the waist for several inches that is so flattering. Cute grosgrain waistband, it has a few pulls/fuzzies just from wear like with a shirt tucked in. This skirt is so well made and has a great weight to it, it hangs very nicely on. 16” across waist measured flat 18.5” long
