Navy patterned dress by Lush, XS! Worn twice, in like new condition!

I wore this dress twice to parties and got a lot of compliments! The neckline has pleats, with the halter top buttoning in the back. The sexy feature is the dress is open from the neck to the waistline (exposing less than an inch). Needs to be worn with booby stickers so that you don’t see the strap of a bra! 😁
