Navy off-shoulder dress size medium (fits size S)

This off-shoulder dress poofs out as you can see but is surprisingly light and flowy. It’s a modest dress that doesn’t over-accentuate your curves. It has two layers - the dress and the slip (same color) underneath. The cut-out design is so pretty! I bought it for an event and have worn it once since.
