Navy off-shoulder crop top

Navy crop top with white stripes. Off the shoulder. Has tassels that can be tied or untied. Bottom of top has elastic band. Bell-sleeved. Sleeves have floral design on both arms. Great to wear with a skirt or jeans. Worn once!!
