Deep blue shorts that have a brushed feel, cotton and spandex, stretchy and soft. Front and back pockets, zipper with one button on the waistband, belt loops. Inseam is 5", rise 10 1/2", across the waist is 17", size 12. Easy fit through the hips and thighs, also has the extended pockets underneath for slenderizing. New with tags.
