Navy, light blue and white striped dress

Navy, light blue and white striped above the knee summer dress from Ann Taylor Loft. The tag says XXS, but I am 5'5" and 125#...normally wear a small and this fits and comes just above my knees. This dress is a stretchy knit with elastic under the bust.
