shoeluverr @genyygirl I'll have to figure out how to measure it. Shown in pic is 36c and she is 5'7" tall. Room to give but you can tie the ribbon tighter or looser

shoeluverr No does not run small at all! I would say fit a 9 to a 13 for sure. She definitely had extra room in it. The back buttons on top so that can give or take for the bust. I believe a fuller bust is better with this gown. Also the ribbon waist helps too for varied size
