Navy floral prom dress (xscape brand)

This is my favorite dress. It is a two piece. It has a tail and is gorgeous. I am 5'4 and it fits me perfectly. I bought it on Xscape which is a brand that can be found at bloomingdales or sacs on fifth. I am willing to negotiate the price as well as make bundles with my other items.
