Navy blue with red embroidery, made by eShakti, in India, from its "Wayward Fancies" line. Only worn a handful of times, in excellent used condition. The cotton fabric, with a bit of spandex, is thick, so it's more of a winter dress. It has pockets, and flutter sleeves.
