This item is used, in great condition. Li yan fu shi navy dress with lace straps. Lace detail on the waist band (pictured). Dress has somewhat exposed upper back. Pleating on the upper portion of the dress. Zip closure in the back. Built-in slip on the lower portion of the dress.
