Navy cream romper

Romper with low cut back. Has a low zipper and tie plus a top one to keep shoulder straps with ruffles up. Gold zipper. Worn once for a rehearsal dinner. Worn with nude heals. The dirty spot will wash out once washed or dry cleaned.
