Navy brocade Skirt BP Nordstrom

From the BP department of Nordstrom, lovely classy skirt. Perfect with tights for winter. 15” long 23” in waist but elastic waistband has a lot of stretch! 2 pockets on hips. Beautifully made with nice lining.
