Navy blue & white striped LuLu’s strapless dress

Super cute and very comfortable navy blue and white striped strapless dress from lulus. Top has a rubber strip around the very top of dress (as seen in the last picture) to help hold the dress up while moving and dancing and having a good time in this fun and easy dress. Dress is fully lined and very comfortable and is in very good used condition.
