Navy blue twisted neck formal dress perfect fall/ wedding guest dress

Vici dress worn once in great condition. Has a knee high slit on the left side. Very comfortable and flattering fabric. I would say this dress would be a little longer than a midi and not as long as a maxi on an average height person.
