Navy blue top

short sleeve navy blue top with neck and a spaghetti strap going across the chest. White pattern stitched along the v neck and front middle of the shirt. The bottom has a ruffle that goes around the back. There is a defect in the stitching where there are some lose threads (see picture). Only worn 1-2 times.
