Would be the flat measurement doubled)On front with zipper closed it is as follows. Shoulder. 16” Length. 18” Bust. 16” Arm length : shoulder seam 23” (top of shoulder) under arms. 17” Arm width 5 (5.5) Width at cuff 4 (4.5) Width (waist) 16”
