Navy blue sleeveless blouse

New with tag and bought from a boutique in Germany. Beautiful and comfortable stretchy fabric, feels so smooth and cool to touch. Has adorable straps on the shoulder to make into a bow or tie however you want. Too big for me and hate to see it go. Fits between large and xlarge. Shoulder to hem measures 25" and bust measures 42".
