Navy blue semi formal dress

Great dress ideal for homecoming or spring formal. Beautiful navy blue with gold accents. This is a large. Mannequin is size 10 and had it tightened all the way so I feel this would be great for size 12 and up. It’s flexible with the tie in the back.
