Navy blue prom dress

This prom dress is a navy blue mermaid prom dress. I did have it altered to shorten it, I am 5’5”. It also had a bustle installed so If the train keeps getting stepped on, you can just tie a hidden ribbon to hold it up. This dress has only been worn once and I loved it and hope you will too:).
