Navy blue polka dot floral halter dress with white cardigan

I got this off Amazon. No idea what brand it is, but size is Small! Little bit of pilling around the waist. Doesn’t come with a belt (I sold the one I used with it), but does come with the white cardigan pictured if you want it. Stretchy nylon material. A line fit!
