Navy blue polka dot blouse

Navy blue background with beige polka dots. Viscose and Silk. Sleeve almost full length but hits above wrist. It's an x-small but I'm a small and and it fits me. Very cool blouse and the fabric is very soft. The side panels are solid Navy. No markings or tears; excellent condition.
