Navy blue pencil skirt with embelished waist band.

This navy blue pencil skirt is super flatter and has some stretch to it. It has a beautiful embellished waist band. The band has one rhinestone missing (see picture) but you can hardly tell. It's size L, but I am a size 8 and it fits me perfectly, which is why I listed it as an 8.
