Navy blue mother of the bride/groom dress

-Brand new with tags -Never worn Navy blue mothers dress with padded cups, rhinestone detailing, 1/4 sleeves, and a zipper in the back. There are some loose strings as noted in the picture but that can easily be cut off. Nothing else wrong with dress, my MIL just ended up going with a different style and could not return.
