Navy blue long prom / pageant / formal dress

Reposhing this really pretty dress I purchased from @dansarahwall. I love it, but it's just a tad too small for me. It fits me like a junior's size small does. It is not stretchy. I'm 5'4" and without shoes the length is exactly to the floor.
