Navy blue large ModCloth dress (GILLI tag) with A-line ruched waist

Large A-line ModCloth dress (GILLI tag) in navy blue with ruched waist and V-neck. Worn only a couple of times but in great condition. I’m 5’4” and it sits just above the knees. 95% viscose, 5% spandex.
